Only Cable Anchors from the decorative blocks can be picked up by the wrench. What about Charged Quartz Fixture or Quartz Glass? Or is this intended?

Hmm, I probably need to decide on exactly what the criteria is for wrench dismantling. Maybe I should remove it from chests, and say it is available for blocks past a tech level or something, or ... hmm I'm gonna think about it.

Ok, like thatsIch said, I decided that only machines will have this feature, so grindstone and up on the tech tree basically, I think thats pretty consistent. Only change made was I removed it from the chest.
