This upgrade would cause the bus to round robin all the slots available to the ISidedInventory when importing/exporting. This could be used with blocks such as the IC2 induction furnace to ensure both slots are used

Always questionable to implement something which literally only 3 blocks in Modded Minecraft have. Besides I always have a feeling that it should be their responsibility to split incoming ItemStacks into their corresponding slots. It seems its intentional to make it harder to automate but make it more efficient for the time being making stuff manually.

Fair enough. It defiantly isn't a high priority item .. just scratches my OCD itch ;)
