What is happening? This seems to be an result of your fix for #0562 (it happening since that version) Storage Cell dismantling only works when targeting something. While targeting nothing (air) it just not dismantle it. What is expected? To dismantle it of course. How to reproduce? Hold an empty storage cell in your hand and try to dismantle it while targeting air. Server or Single Player?: both

That's why I'm on stable4, not 5+ ;) I'm going to move 1.7.10 in when NEI becomes ready, which is really soon according to CB's github.
