First: What is happening? I have 2 Storage Cells in my System. The First contains a lot of Wood. The Second is empty. The Level Emitter should give a Signal if i have at least 1 Wood in the System. If i remove the First Storage Cell with the Wood , the Level Emitter further gives a Signal that at least 1 Wood is in the System, but there isn't. What is expected? Level Emitter should update to "no signal". Server or Single Player?: SinglePlayer Second: What is happening? The Level Emitter should give a Signal if i have at least 1 Wood in the System. If i break the Cable, the Level Emitter further gives the signal. What is expected? Level Emitter should update to "no signal". First: what are you using for the storage cells housing? Drive or ME Chest? Second: thats actually normal, without power the level emitter cannot update its redstone torch so it simply persists its previous output.

I wasn't able to reproduce the exact error you described, however i found something similar and fixed that, so we'll see if it was more or less the same one.
