What is happening? I'm having a difficult time nailing down the exact circumstances but Auto-crafting doesn't work when multiple interfaces are attached to a single assembler. Queueing a craft job with a recipe in an interface attached to an assembler with multiple other interfaces attached to it does not start. Recipe doesn't matter; can be simple or complicated. While the crafting task is queued you can move the recipe from the interface that is not working to a different assembler with 1 interface attached and the crafting task will complete. Going to need more to go on here, my default setup in my test world has about 4 interfaces per assembler, and several of the assemblers are shared between 2 interfaces.

I can give you a world download? I'm not sure how to better explain or get more info. It's really hit or miss if it will work or not. Is there something I can do to test it in my world for you?

You'll just have to upload your world to dropbox or another file sharing service so I can download it.

That's because I'm an idiot.... lol. It's in mystcraft age 4. Sorry about that. There should be a book on the spawn island.

I would have preferred a setup in the overworld so I manage in dev easier, I got a copy of mystcraft, I'll try again tomorrow.

Can you move the data from the myst folder to the overworld folder?

Actually that works surprisingly well.. On the down side your setup has no storage or items for anything in my instance, : / what did you use for storage?

That's bizarre. There should be storage in those drives. Obviously nothing else is there because the floor is from chisel I think? That Assembler in that first picture is the one that wasn't working for me and the ones to the left of that near the CPU's were working; using the same recipes.

I *think* I figured this out.... does the assembler need a direct connection to the AE network? It seems that if I have an assembler with 6 interfaces it doesn't work but if I knock one off and attach a cable to the assembler, it works. I thought you were supposed to be able to have 6 on each assembler?

the assembler needs power, part interfaces, and directional interfaces cannot transmit power ( in the facing direction ); however un-pointed interfaces can share power with adjacent blocks.

Ok, that might be the issue then. Would it be feasible to have the part interfaces transmit power to the assemblers?

Nope, because that would prevent you form using them with subnetworks. also its presently consistent with other bus like parts, where none of them do this. Transmitting power is the same as connecting; only exception to that is quartz fiber, which does sharing instead.

Not sure if related to this bug, but what i get is crafting items are done but doesn't disappear from crafting task list. I have a setup of 5 inscribers, each have 1 ME interface to input items, and all of them output to 1 same interface. I'm assuming that i would have to output to the exact same interface i input from? What i have is crafting recipes where input item is for example gold ingot, and result is logic processor. The middlestep printed logic circuit is automated and the item goes through ME drive first.

Every item on the crafting roster must be returned to the network to complete its step if your skipping a step you need to reflect that in your patterns, i'm not entirely sure what you mean however. alban987 - so I can close this?
