To craft right click the Certus Quartz Cutting Knife or Nether Quartz Cutting Knife and insert an Iron Ingot, you will then have to type the name you wish to write onto the plate then simply extract the finished plate. You can use the Inscriber Name Press in the Inscriber to rename any of your items, you can use one or two plates at a time, if you use two plates, it will print the name using the combination of both names, top slot, then bottom slot.
