Entropy Accelerator

Ages or Cools any block it is used on. This can turn Stone into Cobblestone or cool lava into Obsidian. There are other items too.

The Entropy Accelerator must be charged with electricity to function, this can be done using a ME Power Relay or the various other charging blocks found in Industrial Craft2, Thermal Expansion, or UE.
